Details: The Business Improvement & Support team is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high level administrative and executive support, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: coordinating meetings, taking minutes, managing diaries and calendars, preparing publications, setting up and maintaining records and databases

We are seeking someone with excellent multitasking and organisational abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in an administration role.
  • Certificate IV or equivalent e.g., Business Administration, Government (School Support Services), Government.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of school specific software including Sentral, Kronos.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
