Details: Business Systems Support is an enabling and support service for the Community Services Directorate(CSD), primarily focussed on assisting in the design and development of Housing Assistance’s business processes and supporting primary business systems.

The primary focus of the team is assisting with designing and detailing business processes and developing supporting systems to effectively achieve desired outcomes for CSD clients. The team works with operational areas to develop robust business practice and system supports and ensuring change management approaches are fit for purpose.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

  • Working with Vulnerable People registration is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to the Access Canberra website.
  • Knowledge of Housing Assistance business processes will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL and working with APIs, include Postman software, or the ability to learn these skills, will be highly regarded.

Notes: This is a temporary position available for six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
