Details: The ACT Revenue Office Operations and Compliance business units are recruiting Operation Officers & Compliance Officers at the ASO4 level.
We work in a fast-paced customer service environment and are seeking capable and reliable officers to join our team.
The role involves dealing professionally with taxpayers and stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and maintaining records.
Successful candidates will be able to:
- read, understand and apply office policies, procedures and legislation.
- undertake high volumes of work.
- work efficiently and accurately.
- work independently and as part of a team.
