Details: Do you have a customer service background, good computing skills, an outgoing and driven personality, and the desire to join a team of people interested in assisting to provide a positive experience to prospective/current/former students and staff? Successful applicants will be supporting students throughout their CIT learning journeys, from enrolment until completion and ensuring the student experiences are constructive and positive.

The role includes the following duties:

  • communicating with students
  • providing course and skills recognition information
  • navigating admissions and enrolments
  • financial assistance and fee payment options
  • student support referrals
  • providing general administrative tasks supporting new and existing students and
  • others as required.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Desirable: Certificate III in Business/Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in Vocational Education

Notes: This is a temporary position available for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
