About the Role:

Delivery of health services occurs in an increasingly dynamic environment with changing community expectations, government priorities and technological advances. The Campus Modernisation team manages the strategic infrastructure program across the ACT which includes projects with a capital value of more than $50 million.

The Governance and Document Control Officer will report to the Executive Group Manager, Campus Modernisation and will work closely with the project team and Executive areas to co-ordinate governance committees within the Campus Modernisation program. The role will require working in close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders and service provider partners such as Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) and ACT Health Directorate.

Under limited direction, the Governance and Document Control Officer will be responsible for managing internal and external document management systems for infrastructure projects.

Manage project governance meetings including calendar invitations and meeting schedules, preparing, agendas, action statements, decision registers and minutes where necessary.

The position is offered for a contracted period of 3 years.
