About the Role:

CHS is committed to whole-of-system management through the establishment of an Integrated Operations Centre (IOC), with an operations management function that brings together three things: Operational planning, Scheduling, and Daily response/oversight of clinical operations.

Reporting to the Senior Director Integrated Operations Centre, each of the three Service Directors will be accountable for the management the end-to-end process of patients accessing CHS clinical services within their specific portfolio, classified as 1) an acute care encounter, (2) a planned care encounter, or 3) a subacute or maintenance care encounter.
