Details: ACT Health Directorate has an exciting opportunity to become the Communications and Engagement Officer for the Voluntary Assisted Dying Implementation Taskforce.
In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of communications and engagement activities for the implementation of Voluntary Assisted Dying in the ACT. You will work closely with members of the taskforce and the Communications and Engagement Branch within the Directorate, to ensure best practice communications and engagement advice and approaches.
Voluntary Assisted Dying legislation comes into effect in the ACT on 3 November 2025.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations or media (or equivalent), or equivalent experience is desirable.
Note: This is a temporary position available early May for a period of nine months. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill similar vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
