Details: The Community Services Directorate (CSD) is looking for Human Resource (HR) professionals interested in testing and expanding their HR skills within a community facing, fast paced, and diverse operating environment.

The People, Capability and Culture Branch currently has 2 full time, permanent vacancies at the Administrative Services Officer 6 classification. One role being the Senior Workforce Officer and will suit a HR practitioner with experience in data, analytics, workforce planning and workforce reporting. The other role, Senior Advisor, Performance and Culture will suit someone with a background in implementing and managing a performance management framework, who also has experience in inclusive workforce policy and procedures.
